An old skin (be surprised if anyone remembers it) that I've updated for Windowblinds 5.
A little bit of a redesign with this one. For those that have WB5, there is an "Inner and Outer" version. (You'll see what I mean if you use it for a while. Something I've wanted to do with a skin since WB5 came out). For those who don't, you won't see the difference. Has all the usual goodies. Toolbars, animations and shellstyles. The "outer" version is per-pixel. (Blue title bar)
The "inner" version is non per-pixel. (White text background)
As far as I know, this will be the first WB5 with two different title bars.
Most skinners just add dropshadow for the per-pixel version.
I didn't reinvent the wheel. Just made it a "little" different. Some will probably never see the "inner" version. It'll only show up in certain programs like Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc......

So for every 4 people that look at it roughly only 1 person downloaded it.
For the ones that don't download it, What's wrong with it?
This will help me get a feel for what your looking for.

It's against my religion to have anything blue on my desktop.

Since the move to the new layout, I tend to take the views as a much more accurate indicator of what is going on. Before that, the dl count appeared right, not that you can really know, but to get 1-2000 views and only a couple hundred downloads is not correct.
As far as comments, WB skins in general don't seem to get nearly the comments or downloads here as Visual Styles, except maybe the Vista Clones. Minimal style VS's, good, bad, awful..seem to do well in both of those areas.
That's just what I've seen, and I'm around here a lot. Thought I'd give you my view of what I see going on here.
